We are able to carry your furniture into the nearest room for your convenience or into your garage or to your front door. Furniture - Sadly we’re unable to deliver furniture outside UK mainland, however you’re welcome to take advantage of our Click & Collect Service which is available from our shop in Solihull, West Midlands.

From our shop in Solihull, West Midlands, We have set up a Click & Collect, collection point at the front of the shop.
Due to the current circumstances, we will be running a skeleton team and
the collection service will be available between 10am - 2pm Monday-Friday and between 11am-3pm on Saturday (or by arrangement)
If you arrive and cant see a member of the team, please do call the shop on 0121 709 4636 and we will come to the front door to greet you.
If you prefer, you can always pull your car around to the back of the shop, to the loading bay (Delivery Area C) which can be accessed from Mill Lane, just beyond House of Fraser.

ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery.
Once goods are accepted from the courier, signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Liv's for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement. Please, read our returns policy NB. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over upon delivery.

IMPORTANT CHECKS BEFORE ORDERING FURNITURE
Please, make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order, and that our delivery van can get to your door. Points to look out for include twisty passages, low doorways and dog leg stairs. Consider staircases, ceiling heights, doorways and any tight spaces used as access points.
For your convenience, we provide clear sizes of all our furniture on our website. Most of our furniture is handmade; hence measurements may vary by 1-2 cm. The driver will assess whether or not he/she can physically manoeuvre the items into place and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided. Please, be aware that if we can't deliver to your requested room we will either leave the furniture at a place convenient to you or, if we have to return it, we may have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item value.
While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item.
Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt. For smaller items please organise returns yourself, but for larger items such as bookcases, wardrobes etc. we will organise collection, upon return the cost of this will be deducted from your refunded balance.
Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge, no questions asked.

As a respected and honest company, Liv's remain in line with health & safety requirements - and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Please note that items delivered via a staircase and/or upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk. We hope you understand why we have to state this.
