While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, by emailing our friendly team (email@example.com).
For smaller items, please, organise returns yourself, but for larger items such as bookcases, wardrobes etc. we may need to organise collection ourselves.
Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge. To protect yourself, please note, that if you return your product(s) by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received by us. Therefore, we would recommend using a registered postal service, and that you keep the proof of postage. Furniture by Liv Cole Ltd is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com or call 0121 709 4636 within 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection of the goods (or arrange for you to return the goods at our cost) and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity. If you would like to make a return, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please, do not return faulty goods before.
