Returns

While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, by contacting our friendly team.

For smaller items, please, organise returns yourself, but for larger items such as bookcases, wardrobes etc. we may need to organise collection ourselves.

Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. To protect yourself, we would recommend using a registered postal service, and that you keep the proof of postage to make sure that the parcel and its contents arive back to us safely as Furniture by Liv Cole Ltd is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

We do not offer a free returns service, as this would result in increased retail prices. If you would like to know any exact returns cost before making you purchase please call us 0121 709 4636 or email info@livs.co.uk, and we will be happy to be of assistance.

Our seven day money back guarantee commences from the time the goods are received and signed for. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires. All orders will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.

Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge, no questions asked.

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@livs.co.uk or call 0121 709 4636 within 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection of the goods (or arrange for you to return the goods at our cost) and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity. If you would like to make a return, please email us on info@livs.co.uk, within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please, do not return faulty goods before.

If the product is damaged or faulty we will arrange for collection and pay for it. If you are local to us we will collect it ourselves, if not we will use a courier service.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as we've not sent it yet. Ideally, within an hour of placing order. Contact us on 0121 709 4636.

 

Can I return online orders in store?

Yes, products purchased online can be returned in to the store,and refunds can be issued with proof of purchase, and within the returns period.
