Currently, due to the government guidelines surrounding COVID19, we are unable to offer our full 'white-glove' assembly service as usual. We are able to carry your furniture into the nearest room for your convenience or into your garage or to your front door. For the safety of our staff and your own safety we will also adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst in your home. If you have any questions about this, please be in touch.
We will contact you within 24 hours upon receipt of your order to advice availability and arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery.

Accepting your delivery
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery.
Once goods are accepted from the courier, signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Liv's for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement. Please, read our returns policy.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over upon delivery.
Important checks before ordering furniture
Please ensure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order, and that our delivery van can get to your door. Points to look out for include twisty passages, low doorways and dog leg stairs. Consider staircases, ceiling heights, doorways and any tight spaces used as access points.
For your convenience, we provide clear sizes of all our furniture on our website. Most of our furniture is handmade; hence measurements may vary by 1-2 cm. If you are unsure whether an item will fit into your room please feel free to call us on 0121 709 4636 or email us.
The driver will assess whether or not he/she can physically manoeuvre the items into place and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided. Please, be aware that if we can't deliver to your requested room we will either leave the furniture at a place convenient to you at the property or, if we have to return it, we may have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item value.

As a respected and honest company, Liv's remain in line with health & safety requirements - and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Please note that items delivered via a staircase and/or upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk. We hope you understand why we have to state this.

By the way, for the sake of our planet, we re-use and recycle all packaging materials with gusto. Therefore, if your packaging appears to have been used before, it probably has.
